Marta GomesMarta Gomes is the lawyer in charge of the Portuguese cases at the international department of Bierens in Amsterdam, a professional law firm specializing in national and international debt collection. Based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, she works extensively with national and international export companies, banks and collection agencies assisting them with their out-of-court and legal collection claims. Her litigation experience of 9+ years and exposure to international arbitration, corporate and commercial law has allowed her to provide guidance and general counsel to foreign companies in mitigating the various risks of selling internationally. Marta is a graduate of Catholic University in Portugal, and has been admitted to practice law in Portugal since 2003. She has also an LL.M in International and European Law, International Trade and Investment Law of Universiteit van Amsterdam in the Netherlands and a Post Graduation in Commercial Law of Catholic University in Portugal. Since her move to the Netherlands in 2009, Marta has been dealing with all the cases regarding Portugal at Bierens.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Registration fees, less a $50 processing fee will be refunded for written cancellations received 7 days before the program start date. No refunds for cancellations within 7 days of the program start date. Substitutions are permitted.
