Ignatius Hwang has more than 20 years’ international experience as an energy, resources and infrastructure lawyer. Before joining Bryan Cave LLC, he led the Asian energy and infrastructure practice of an international firm based in Singapore. Ignatius has a leading reputation as a Public-Private-Partnerships projects attorney.

Ignatius has been involved in all aspects of PPP, energy and infrastructure projects, including structuring, documentation and negotiation in connection with the development, acquisition, financing, construction and operation of such projects. He has also advised governments, vendors and bidders on reforms and privatizations.

He has worked on energy and infrastructure projects throughout Asia-Pacific including Australia, India, China, Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, and the Middle-East.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Registration fees, less a $50 processing fee will be refunded for written cancellations received 7 days before the program start date. No refunds for cancellations within 7 days of the program start date. Substitutions are permitted.
