Michael Andreasen, ICCE, Corporate Working Capital Process Manager, TNT Express, Netherlands Michael Andreasen joined the credit control department of TNT’s Denmark office in November 1990. He also worked as Credit Analyst at the Regional Head Office in Windsor, U.K before finally moving to the Corporate Head Office in the Netherlands in 2009 where he now holds the role of Corporate Working Capital Process Manager. In his 20+ years , Michael has been involved in designing standard global invoice-to-cash processes, drafting Global Credit Policies, and is also one of the main Invoice-To-Cash process specialists for TNT’s award-winning Global implementation/rollout of SAP FICO/MM. Michaels’ current responsibilities include functional responsibility for developing global Credit/Collections & Performance Management processes including process specialist for Global implementation/rollout of SAP FSCM. In addition, he has also carried out various process training sessions across many of TNT’s offices mainly in Europe and the Americas. |

Angela Bradbury, ICCE, Group Credit Manager, Innospec Inc Angela Bradbury MICM (Grad) has been a credit manager for 14 years, starting at National, then international and now globally, primarily for companies in Pharmaceutical and chemical industries, passing through logistics and telecoms along the way. Her experience and understanding in global risk and collections is often used by the ICM technical panel to resolve sensitive issue in remote areas. Her passion for credit is only matched by her commitment to development of other credit professionals. Her belief that you are only as good as the people around you has borne fruit and allowed her to become involved in projects beyond the credit arena. |

Stiene Celis – DSM Business Support – Manager Credit Risk Assessment Center After graduating at the University of Hasselt, Belgium as a Master in Applied Economic Sciences in 1999, Stiene Celis joined Ford Motor Company in Genk, Belgium, where she worked at the Tax Department whilst also completing a period of time in the Cash & Banking department.. After a major restructure within Ford, Stiene joined DSM in the Netherlands, firstly taking up a position in Accounting & Credit Control and then, after a short period of time, transferring to the Credit Risk Assessment Center. Stiene now heads up a team of 8 people in this department since the beginning of 2010. DSM adopts a policy of non-insurance which means that the Credit Risk Assessment Center operates in a constant area of tension between striving for maximizing sales and minimizing the financial risk. The great diversity in both specific products and market segments on the one hand and the extremely diversified geographic areas give an extra dimension to the role of risk assessment. |

Regine Hilgers, CICP, ICCE, Credit Controller EMEA region, Ashland Specialty Ingredients (formerly ISP) Regine Hilgers has been a regular delegate at FCIB conferences in Europe since attending her first in 2004. Before commencing her career with ASI / ISP as European credit controller, Regine was team leader for UPS in the billing and accounts receivable department. During this time, she studied economics at the DAA in Dusseldorf. In 2008, Regine joined the German Association for Credit Management and completed a certified credit controller course. Regine is a member of the German Institute of Credit Management (Verein für Credit Management e.V) and recently passed her exams, qualifying as Certified Credit Manager, in 2010. A longstanding member of FCIB, Regine also acted as a panelist at FCIB’s Annual Summits in Istanbul and Barcelona. |

| Louise Hodgkiss, Company Secretary/Director European Receivables, Emerson Network Power
Louise Hodgkiss has spent most of her career within the field of Trade Credit Management and is a long standing member of the Institute of Credit Management (UK ) whilst also holding her Certified International Credit Professional Certificate (CICP) awarded through FCIB in May 2008. Since joining Astez Europe Limited in 1997, (a subsidiary of Emerson Network Power), Louise has acted as Credit Manager reporting directly to Treasury in Hong Kong. Her current role as Company Secretary and Director, European Receivables, focuses on customer account reviews, the acceptance of new and ongoing business, reviewing customer agreements and forecasting monthly and annual cash based on budget and actual sales. Louise also is also a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. |

| Rita Mocquet , Regional CFO EMEAI, Honeywell Performance Technologies and Materials
Rita Mocquet joined Honeywell in 1996 as Credit Manager, coming from Air Products. Over the past 13 years. Rita has held a number of progressively larger roles within the finance organization in Honeywell now holding the role of Finance Director and European CFO for the Specialty Materials Business Unit. Part of Rita's responsibilities entail the coordination of all activities and implementation of the strategic annual operating plan for Europe which drives improvements in Working Capital, Indirect Spend and numerous other areas. A Six Sigma Black Belt she has been leading and driving several improvement and integration projects in Finance and credit in Europe, as well as in the Customer Service and Supply Chain process. A highly experienced and well skilled individual, Rita earned her MBA in Finance and an MBA in Statistics at the University of Brussels. Rita also served as the Chairman of the Belgian Credit Association for 5 years.

Adolf Renaud, ICCE, Senior Director - Global Credit & Risk Management, Tekelec
Adolf Renaud is a Global Credit and Collections Executive with 20 years of international experience in several industries. During his time, Adolf has held the following executive positions at some of the largest companies in America: • Sanyo Corporation - Vice President of Credit, Collections and Receivables • 20th Century Fox - Vice President of Customer Financial Services • General Instrument/Motorola - Director of Credit and Customer Financial Services • Favorite Brands International/ Nabisco Assistant Treasurer and Director of Credit and Collections. • Veritas Software/Symantec Corporation. Worldwide Director of Credit, Collections and Receivables Mr. Renaud currently serves as Global Director of Credit and Collections at Tekelec Corporation, a telecommunications company, providing hardware and software to telecommunications companies around the globe. He has a BA in Economics and Accounting from the City University of New York, the College of Staten Island. He also holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Chapman University in California. Mr. Renaud is also a Certified Credit Professional (CICP) and a long standing member of FCIB. He is fluent in French, Spanish and English.

David Vermylen, Global Credit Manager, Petrochemicals, BP Chemicals Limited
David started his career in Business Assurance with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he trained to be an external auditor. For a short period, David was responsible for the Operational Accounting of the Retail Activities of ChevronTexaco in Belgium. In 2000, David's career steered him into the merchant banking sector where, with J.P Morgan, he was responsible for asset-backed securities issues as a banking analyst Since 2005, David has held the position of Global Credit Manager for BP Petrochemicals, dealing with BP Petrochemicals' credit issues in the U.S, Europe and Asia. David is responsible for policy setting of the credit function and the service delivery of the credit function to the commercial lines of the business |

Ron Wells, Business Analyst, COO Commodities Team Wholesale Bank – Financial Markets, Standard Chartered Bank Ron Wells joined Standard Charted Bank, Singapore, as Senior Advisor, Traded Credit Risk Management in April 2012 . Previously, Ron worked for Cargill International Trading Pte Ltd as Asia Credit Manager, moving from RBS Commodities in London. Prior to October 2007, Ron was Credit Manager for Global Supply & Trading with Chevron Corporation for 16 years. Ron is the author of Global Credit Management, an Executive Summary published by John Wiley & Sons. The Mandarin Chinese (simplified characters) version of Global Credit Management was published by T3P LIMITED in July 2007, titled Huan Xin Ping Heng Biao Shang De Shui Shi - Awaken the Sleeping Lion on the Balance Sheet. Martine Zimmermann, ICCE, F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd, Credit Manager CEMAI Martine Zimmermann has over 30 years of experience in international Credit Management and Credit Risk Insurance.
