About the Webinar

Today, many organizations are taking a closer look at their credit management process. Top Performers have taken this analysis a step further by addressing all aspects of their credit process perfor¬mance including productivity, cycle times, quality of services, and the correlation to a healthy receivables portfolio. These Top performers in The Hackett Group's Customer-to-Cash Benchmark database look beyond just savings in the cost of the process itself, placing more emphasis on the effects of a well-run credit group. In this webcast, Bryan DeGraw, Hackett’s Global C2C Advisory Program Leader, will share several of those key performance metrics and practices being leveraged by organizations that are leading them to Top Performance status in the Hackett database.
