Kevin Kaden, Partner, BDO Seidman, LLC
Kevin Kaden is a Partner with over 25 years of experience providing bankruptcy reorganization, business restructuring, and forensic investigation services to large and middle-market companies. He has assisted in many business restructurings through Chapter 11 reorganizations and out-of-court work outs. Mr. Kaden has successfully represented both debtors and creditors and has testified as an expert in bankruptcy court.
Mr. Kaden also provides transaction advisory services having worked on transactions ranging from $10 million to $1 billion. Working with both financial and strategic buyers, Mr. Kaden has provided financial assessments of earnings (QOE), collateral, projections, business plans, management teams, and other business matters.
Prior to joining BDO, Mr. Kaden was a senior manager with a national accounting firm, and a Chief Financial Officer of a Northeast based manufacturer. He has industry experience in retail, manufacturing, consumer products and construction.
Nattaly Jeter, Senior Manager BDO Seidman, LLC
Nattaly serves as a member of the BDO IFRS Task Force and the IFRS training subcommittee. As a senior manager in the IFRS Task Force, Nattaly is responsible for authoring IFRS conversion materials.
Nattaly has eight years experience four of which were at Ernst and Young. She has worked with both privately and publicly-owned international entities.
Nattaly has a strong technical background in both US GAAP and IFRS. At both BDO and Ernst & Young Nattaly performed IFRS conversion services for various private and publicly-listed entities. She has also performed audit and review services with dual reporting under both US GAAP and IFRS.
While at Ernst & Young Nattaly designed IFRS conversion trainings. She also lead numerous IFRS conversion and IFRS accreditation trainings held throughout the western region.
