John-Carl (“J.C.”) Barone
J.C. Barone is an Executive Director of JP Morgan’s Credit Trading Desk and is responsible for managing the global Credit Liquidity Solutions (“CLS”) business of JP Morgan, which includes underwriting Trade Receivable Put Options, Factoring and monetizing illiquid assets, such as Trade and Derivative Claims on defaulted companies. J.C. has over 15 years experience in the financial services industry, with the last 13 years in the High-Yield/Distressed markets. He is a frequent speaker at national and global trade association meetings and seminars on credit and trade risk management. J.C. earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Manhattan College and his M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management.
