This 1-day webinar will provide you with need-to-know information, tips and resources on how to effectively conduct business in Germany. The instructor, Britta Recknagel, will begin with an introduction to the country and culture, followed by a description of how to effectively do business with customers and ensure payment, mitigate risks on credit sales into Germany and what steps can be taken against buyers who default. At the end of the webinar, there will be an opportunity to get answers to any questions you may still have.

Britta Recknagel

Britta Recknagel is responsible for the marketing and sales activities of Bierens in Germany, a professional law firm specializing in national and international debt collection. Based in Düsseldorf, Bierens assists national and international export companies, banks and collection agencies with their out-of-court and legal collection claims. Britta graduated at the University of Applied Sciences in Dortmund/Germany in 2006, and since then has been working as business economist in the field of marketing and sales. Since 2009, Britta has assisted in the growth of Bierens in Germany, where their German lawyers work closely together with in-house Dutch, French, English, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, & Spanish lawyers.

Registration fees, less a $50 processing fee will be refunded for written cancellations received 7 days before the program start date. No refunds for cancellations within 7 days of the program start date. Substitutions are permitted.
