After receiving her degree in law (maxima cum laude), Daniela had legal training at the Government Legal Service. Admitted to the Bar in 2003, she worked successfully for several law firms responsible for advice on matters related to civil law including national legal proceedings and drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts. In 2009, Daniela moved to the Netherlands and began working for Bierens as an Italian Lawyer expert in the field of debt recovery.
