Marie Laure Duvet, French lawyer International Department (Amsterdam) – Bierens Debt Recovery Lawyers

Marie-Laure Duvet is an associate in Bierens' Amsterdam office, a professional law firm specializing in national and international debt collection. She works extensively with national and international companies, banks and collection agencies assisting them with their out-of-court and legal collection claims. Marie-Laure is experienced in the areas of distribution law, commercial law as well as general contract law.
Her practice ranges from legal advice to dispute resolution and litigation nationally and internationally. Graduated in 2003 with a master degree in European law (LLM), Marie-Laure has been admitted to the Paris Bar Association in 2007. She has been working as an in-house lawyer in major international companies as well as an associate in international law firms. Since her move to the Netherlands in 2009, Marie-Laure has assisted in the growth of Bierens' international department which consists of in-house English, German, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, & Spanish lawyers working together with the firm's specialist Dutch lawyers.
