Oleg Dorofeev, Head of Legal Department – IBcontacts
Mr. Oleg Dorofeev is the Head of Legal Department of a Ukrainian consulting company IBcontacts, which specializes in complex export finance advice.
Mr. Dorofeev has significant practical experience of legal advice for multinational and Ukrainian companies in the field of contractual, customs, intellectual property, tax, labor and other fields of law.
He started his career as a lawyer in the office of a leading multinational corporation in FMCG sector, dealing with cross-border agreements and respective legal matters. Later he continued his career as the
head of department with one of top German law firms in the world, advising corporates from automotive, FMCG, banking, luxury goods sectors. Later on Mr. Dorofeev joined IBcontacts as the head of legal department to promote legal services in export finance sector. With assistance of General Manager of IBcontacts Ms. Kateryna S. Barabash and Mr. Dorofeev one of top 5 Ukrainian confectionary factories closed the export finance deal in November 2011 under Buyer's Credit scheme.
