The series will look at most effective receivables funding solutions for addressing the specific working capital needs of companies doing business in today’s global environment. Patrick Wilkins, Sales Director
ABN AMRO Commercial Finance
Patrick Wilkins has more than 25 years experience in the Asset Based Lending sector, working at UCB Group, NMB-Heller and GE Capital before joining ABN AMRO Commercial Finance in 2002.
For the last 13 years, he has been responsible for enabling over 70 corporates secure mid-market Asset Based Lending deals, ranging in size from £5million to £150million. Patrick has extensive experience in designing funding packages for cross-border and pan-European transactions, as well as collaborative bilateral and syndicated structures. His breadth of knowledge enables him to add real value across various markets, including recruitment, manufacturing, distribution and the service sector.

Jim is a managing director at US-based Finacity Corporation, where he spearheads the firm’s alternative asset origination and distribution activities. His role encompasses such working capital solutions as factoring/invoice finance, asset-based lending, supply chain finance and structured trade finance, in addition to Finacity’s core trade receivable securitization business.
Prior to joining Finacity in 2010, Jim spent three years as director of origination for Rosemount Capital Management, where he managed the origination, trading and syndication of trade and commodity finance assets in Latin America and Eastern Europe for the Rosemount Global Trade Finance Fund. For seven years before that, he was head of international marketing for the Financial Institutions Group at Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi New York.
Jim’s 30-year career also includes stints at Citicorp Investment Bank, Global Structured Trade Solutions, and Goldman Sachs, as well as two years running his own financial consultancy. He has a BS in Economics from the College of William and Mary in Virginia, and an MBA in International Finance from NYU, and holds both US and EU citizenship.

Jonathan Parfitt started with ABN AMRO Commercial Finance in 2011 as portfolio manager for corporate clients and is now part of the strategy and business development team responsible for markets where ABN AMRO is financing in two or more of its key European territories.
Jonathan has more than 20 years working in banking and structured finance, providing asset based lending solutions to both small- and medium sized businesses and to corporates, through pan-European and syndication structures.
Prior to joining ABN AMRO, Jonathan was chief credit officer at Delta Trade Finance providing supply chain finance services to Chinese exporters. Before Delta, he worked at GE Commercial Finance as regional director, responsible for a team of relationship managers and also as its head of operations.
